Stayed a month. The only negative was that the water had a strong odor. I didn't drink it. The villa was very nice and it had a beautiful pool, courts, and lakefront area.
Very nice and quiet place to vacation too. My aunt has a spot here and let me stay for a week. Nice pool, bball court, tennis. Hair salon at the front for some reason lol should be a convince store. I would rate it 5 stars if the lake dock was tidied up a bit and the salon sold small items like smokes and what not.
Stayed at a private owned villa. That's was nice! But the pool is horrible, it was green. Looks nothing like the pictures on web site. It needs to be brushed and vacuumed. I would not think it would be safe to swim in.
Although a 4 star rating I cannot consider Vacation Village a vacation spot. 4 star is for the cleanliness of the park. It appears to me that the park couldn't go on without the full time residents that reside there. That is of course is what it takes to survive in these times. Nice clean place!!
Pool is well maintained and right at laundry mat. Nice to swim while clothes are washing and drying. Each unit will be different and offered either AirBnb or from the office.

Location and price great for us and a super pet friendly area. Short walk to lake. Beautiful pool we enjoyed and several other amenities for those with more time. The A frame we were in was not quite twice the size of a "tiny house" and was perfect for two of us only there evenings. It was set up to sleep 8 however.
It's a nice location. The staff are nice and the villas are clean. Villas are good for short and long stays. I stay here often. They have a pool, tennis court, food trucks and more...
